What is a Concrete Washout Basin?
- We designed a reusable concrete washout basin to solve the problem of what to do with messy and hazardous concrete washout. Our leakproof basins not only prevent harmful pH pollution from entering our waterways, but they also keep your job site clean. Custom designed to be lightweight and easy for a single person to move, our basins provide a concrete solution that is 100% reusable and recyclable.
We are able to haul multiple basins at one time thus reducing both emissions and costs to the client. Our washout basin meets all state and federal EPA requirements, and all of our equipment is tier 4 compliant. Weights are obtained on each basin for LEED and Green Building credits.

How Our Concrete Washout Service Works
- Give us a call and we deliver the basin before your concrete pour.
- Concrete and pump trucks use the basin to wash their chutes or hoppers out before getting back on the road.
- The leak proof basin contains all concrete and wash water, preventing harmful pH levels from entering into our waterways.
- Upon completion of the project we come remove the basin. Then the hardened concrete is crushed and reused for road base as a substitute for limestone.
- We have on-board scales on our specialized equipment to maintain proper records for Green Building and LEED credits.
- We keep you in compliance with EPA, SWPPP, LEED, and NPDES to save you time and money!
